James is an artist and photographer who lives and works in South Florida. He has shown his works and photographs in major museums and galleries through out the United States and many are in private collections.
When James moved to Florida from Rochester, New York, he had only read about Cuba in the newspapers and really knew nothing about this communist country ninety miles away from the United States. It was through an invitation from some friends for James to join them for a week of cigars and fun that first sparked his interest in the "forbidden fruit" not knowing that in a short time this trip would change his life forever.
After a couple of fun trips, he
realized he had to travel to Cuba alone. He was getting "Cubanitis"
He was bonding with a land and people that was gripping his soul. This was the
beginning of a relationship he had not expected nor experienced before.
This wonderful collection of photography of Cuba is the result of his traveling and photographing there for many years.
Please enjoy this interesting journey into a glimpse of the life and mysteries of Cuba and the elusive city of Havana.
All images are available for sale. Please contact James for further information.
